We manage over 100 and let hundreds more student properties in the popular areas of Cotham, Redland, Clifton, City Centre, Kingsdown, Cliftonwood and Hotwells, making us one of the largest student accommodation agencies in Bristol. We have a huge list of properties for the next academic year and new properties are added regularly! All properties let by Anthony James & Co are described as 'Non Smoking' and all beds described as 'doubles' are either 4' or 4'6" wide. Each year we return over 85% of student deposits.
