How To Find A Property • HOW MANY IN YOUR GROUP?       Properties are listed in group size. Search for a property by group size: 1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8   9   10/11 • HOW MUCH CAN YOU AFFORD?       Rent is per person per calendar month. • HOW LONG IS THE LEASE?       The lease is for 12 months unless otherwise stated. • HOW DO I VIEW A PROPERTY?       At least one of your group must come into our office to register and bring some form of student identification. We will then give you all the information you need to view the property. • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REGISTER?       Registration is free! • HOW CAN I RESERVE A PROPERTY?       Your group must view the property together so you will be able to make a decision. We will reserve a property for 24 hours - no charge! • WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?       The whole group must come into the office, fill out Application Forms and pay a Deposit and Agency Fees. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, credit or debit card. • DO I NEED A REFERENCE?       All Parents will be required to sign a Guarantor Form.
