NEW STUDENT TENANTS WILL NEED TO:-
- Complete a registration form in the office
- Show a student ID card
- Collect the individual details of the properties you are interested in
- Arrange a viewing with the current tenants
When you have found your ideal property you will need to:-
- Complete an Application Form
- Pay the Deposit and Agency Fee
- Ask a parent to complete the Parental Guarantor Form
- Bring in post-dated rent cheques
- Make an appointment for the group to sign the Tenancy Agreement
